AI consultancy · Sydney
TessellateAI designs and builds practical AI for small and medium businesses: automations, agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot that slot into the tools you already run, so work stops falling through the gaps.
The problem
Most businesses don't need more software. They need the software they have to talk to each other. The cost hides in the handoffs.
Same job typed into three systems
Invoices re-keyed by hand
Quotes waiting days for a reply
The same customer question, again
Enquiries lost in a shared inbox
The name
/ˈtes.ə.leɪt/ · verb
To fit shapes together with no gaps and no overlaps, in a pattern that can repeat forever.
Every handoff between people, tools and AI is covered. Nothing waits in someone's inbox.
Use what you already pay for before adding another subscription. Fewer tools, better connected.
Build a pattern once, then reuse it across teams, clients and locations.
What I do
Strategy and delivery under one roof, so the plan and the build actually match.

Piece 01
Hours back every week, fewer errors, faster turnaround.

Piece 02
New AI-enabled ways to win and keep customers.

Piece 03
A working tool your team uses every day.

Piece 04
Websites, SEO, content and documents that work harder.
How it works
A clear path from first chat to measurable results. You decide at every level whether to continue.

World 1-1
Your goals, your biggest time sinks, the tools you already pay for. Honest answer on whether AI is worth it yet.
World 1-2
Interviews, workflow mapping and a scored list of opportunities by value, effort and risk.
World 1-3
Signed-off scope, then prototype → feedback → refine. Tested on real scenarios before anyone relies on it.
World 1-4
Walkthrough, user guide and SOPs. Access and licences sit in your accounts, not mine.
World 1-5
Check results against the baseline, then pick the next piece to fit.
Start here
For businesses that know they should be using AI but don't know where to start. In a few weeks you get a ranked, costed list of what to do first, and what to ignore.
House rules
AI touches your customers and your data. These rules apply to every engagement, big or small.
Tools are configured so client data is not used to train models, and personal information is identified before anything is built.
Anything customer-facing, financial or high-stakes has a person in the loop and a fallback for when the AI is wrong.
Every project is checked against the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Legal questions go to your lawyer.
IP, accounts and licences are yours. You pay your own subscriptions, so nothing is locked to me.
Who you'll work with
I'm the founder of TessellateAI, based in Sydney. My background is professional services, document production and design: making complex things clear, polished and ready for clients.
Now I apply that to AI. I start with your process and the return on it, not the technology, and I stay through the build, so you get one person who owns both the plan and the result. I also deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot agent work alongside IT partners.
Player 2, press start
Thirty minutes, no slides, no obligation. You'll leave knowing where AI would save you the most time.
